Interview with Art Director Stefanie

What do you do with us in the trio-group?

I'm an art director and mainly work for the designer outlets Wolfsburg, Ahsenmacher and BOMAG. What do I do there every day? I conceptualize and design online and offline advertising materials, although for me personally, classic communication currently predominates. That means I design imagery, graphic elements and, of course, entire advertisements, brochures, mailings, postcards and everything else that goes with corporate and product communication.

What is so special about your job for you personally?

That I can work independently and be creative. That there are always new challenges waiting for me and that I can work with a great team.

• My return to the trio-group after parental leave

How would you describe the working atmosphere at trio-group in one sentence to your best friend?

We're like a big family - you can rely on everyone and it's just fun to get the jobs done together.

Team player or egomaniac? What does trio-group stand for you?

Of course: team player. Why is that? I am always incredibly amazed at how much and how high quality the creative output of my colleagues is. The really outstanding ideas are actually only developed into truly great concepts in a team.
