Interview with IT project manager Sebastian

What do you do in our trio group?

I am an IT project manager and solution architect in technically demanding projects. Here I am the interface between developers, DevOps, designers and the customer or I advise other project managers on IT issues.

What do you personally think is special about your job?

I work with different people in different team compositions every day and despite the sometimes completely different characters I always work with great teams.
In addition, I can coordinate my working day completely by myself. That gives me as a triathlete the freedom to plan a training session during my lunch break

Please name your 3 most beautiful moments with us?

• The warm welcome in the new office of my new colleagues. That really made the first days in the new environment a lot easier.

How would you describe the working atmosphere at trio-group in one sentence of your best friend?

It is all very friendly and family, without losing the necessary focus on the projects.
